    Do you offer Health Fund rebates?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

    Yes I do. While I don\u2019t have a HICAPS machine, you will be issued an invoice to submit to your Health Fund in order to claim your rebate. I am registered with all major and most minor Health Funds<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Is your Police Check, Working With Children Check, First Aid and Insurance all up to date?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

    Yes! In order to be a registered provider, these are all required. I am also a fully registered business and I believe being a home-based clinic only enhances the quality of my work<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    Do you practise trauma-informed care<\/strong>?<\/summary>\n

    I certainly do! My goal is for you to feel better and not worse. I have completed further certification in trauma and within my scope of practice, I regularly treat clients with PTSD and C-PTSD. I do not believe any healthcare practitioner has the right to re-traumatise a client the guise of \u201chealthcare.\u201d It\u2019s counterproductive, unnecessary and shouldn’t be happening.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    What is the difference between Remedial and Relaxation Massage?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

    Relaxation Massage is exactly that, a nice relaxing light to medium pressure massage that encourages
    the body and mind to de-stress. Remedial Massage uses evidence based techniques to treat, alleviate and correct musculoskeletal pain, tension, dysfunction and\/or injuries. Underwear is worn at all times for your massage and you will be professionally draped at all times.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    What can I expect in a Reiki treatment<\/strong>?<\/summary>\n

    You will be fully clothed on the table and a blanket will be provided for warmth if needed. Energy healing can be delivered hands-on or hands-off. You may enter a very relaxed or dream-like state. Just enjoy the journey!<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    I just want a treatment! Why do I <\/strong>have to fill out a form and answer<\/strong> your questions?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

    As a professional, I need to adhere to guidelines and codes of conduct regarding your health. I like to get an accurate picture of your health history and current situation. I know forms are boring, but you\u2019ll only have to fill out the new client form once! I also do a quick but thorough assessment and consultation each time I see you, as I have a duty of care to my clients.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    How do I pay for a treatment<\/strong>?

    I have a Square terminal and I accept Bankcard, Mastercard and VISA. I do not accept AMEX.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    My location is Mathoura Road, Toorak, a short walk from either Hawksburn Station or the tram stop on Malvern Road. On street parking is usually available.
